The latest water treatment systems and air handling units, as well as automated production processes allow to minimize the risk of contamination of products by microorganisms, microparticles and pyrogenic substances.

The plant has a modern high-tech equipment with a high level of automation. Sterile solutions are prepared in reactors equipped with hatches, stirrers, sterilized air filters, CIP / SIP stations and raw materials supply systems. Sterility of products is provided by sterilizing filtration at the bottling stage. Also finished products are sterilized with superheated water in autoclaves, equipped with a control and monitoring system.
